The Hedges Plantation Development Company LLC has sub-divided this property creating commercial, retail, multi family and single family areas. This property has over two miles of frontage on four lane Hwy 61 South. The tracts with frontage on Highway 61 South are designated for commercial use while the tracts to the interior of the property will be sold and/or developed for single family and multifamily residential development.
